(Finance) – Il first semester 2023 of the Group Tatatuan entertainment platform based on the data sharing economy and the circular economy, closed with Revenues totals equal to 60.4 million euros compared to 53.7 million with an increase of 6.7 million euros, essentially attributable to the full contribution of the Mercato Metropolitano Group.
L’Adjusted EBITDA amounting to 1.6 million euros, it shows a slight decrease compared to that of the same period of the previous year, mainly attributable to the higher costs incurred by the Group for business development.
There Adjusted Net Financial Position (i.e. net of the application of IFRS 16) debt is equal to euro 8.6 million and compared to the balance at 31 December 2022 it increased by euro 3.3 million mainly due to the financial resources absorbed by operational management.
