Just like last time, Måns Zelmerlöw will lead the Sports Gala. But with a new female host by his side – former multi-sport star Carolina Klüft.
The sports gala is held on January 22 and celebrates its 25th anniversary.
“I am both honored and grateful to host the Sports Gala’s 25th anniversary together with Måns. It will be a memorable evening where athletes and sports moments from the past year will be celebrated and maybe there will be some wonderful retrospect”, says Carolina Klüft in a press release.

She has previously received awards at the gala – the Bragdguldet, the Jerring Prize and the Sports Performance of the Year – and handed out awards. After his sports career, Klüft has often been seen on television. Both as an athletics expert and program manager for, among other things, “Wild kids” and “Duellen”.
The televised Sports Gala is held in the Friends arena. Last year it was Måns Zelmerlöw and Pernilla Wiberg who led the Sports Gala.
