(Finance) – Lemon Systems has started the process for the listing on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), the Italian Stock Exchange market dedicated to SMEs with high growth potential. Admission is scheduled for December 27th, with the debut in the following days. Banca Finnat Euramerica is Euronext Growth Advisor (EGA).
Lemon Sistemi deals with design, supply and installation of photovoltaic, thermo-hydraulic and storage systemsas well as the design of energy efficiency solutions, aimed at retail customers (B2C) and medium/small industrial and commercial companies (B2B), mainly in Sicily.
The production value consolidated as at 31 December 2022 it stands at 11.9 million euros. It is currently completing a 3.2 MWp photovoltaic system in Piedmont in Settimo Torinese (TO) thanks to a contract acquired in the first half of 2023. The consolidated production value as of 30 June 2023 is equal to 6.4 million euros.
The board of directors currently in office is made up of three members, who are: Maria Laura Spagnolo (President of the Board of Directors and legal representative of the company), Martina Vitale (Councillor) and Salvatore Bommarito (Councillor). The meeting will be held on 19 December 2023 to appoint the new Board of Directors, who will be in office from the date of admission until the date of approval of the financial statements on 31 December 2025.
Before admission significant shareholders they are: Danilo Palazzolo at 58%, Maria Laura Spagnolo at 7.40%, Vincenzo Palazzolo at 5.66%, Salvatore Spagnolo at 5.66%, Pietro Spagnolo at 5.66%, Giorgio Mirabella at 5.66%, Eloisa Palazzolo at 5%, Salvatore Bommarito at 3.48%, Enrico Rizzo at 3.48%.
