(Finance) – BasicNetcommunicated that from 4 to 8 December 2023, it has purchased 17,250 shares at the average price of 4,629 euros, for one countervalue equal to 79,842.61 eurosas part of the program for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares.
Following the purchases communicated, the Italian corporate group which operates in the clothing, footwear and accessories sector holds a total of 4,333,500 own shares, equal to 8.025% of the share capital.
