What’s happening in Fortnite today? Epic Games is shutting down the Chapter 5 Season 1 servers to upload a new update. According to leakers, this update will add new content for Fortnite’s upcoming modes.

Fortnite: Server Down – When and how long are they offline?
This is the downtime in the morning: According to Epic Games, the servers are expected to shut down at 9:00 a.m. German time. Matchmaking is deactivated 30 minutes beforehand, so you can no longer search for new rounds after 8:30 a.m.
When can you play again? This is a major update. It is therefore likely that Epic Games could restart the servers at 11:00 a.m. or as late as 1:00 p.m. But this has not been confirmed.
