In the 21st episode of the 2nd season of Hawaii Five-0 and the 21st episode of the 3rd season of NCIS: LA, the teams of Callen (Chris O’Donnell), Hanna (LL Cool J), McGarrett ( Alex O’Loughlin) and Danno (Scott Caan) face each other.

Callen and McGarrett, it turns out, share common experiences with their past in the Navy Seals. However, there isn’t much time for a chat, because… a terrorist threatens to release a murderous virus, unless his demands are met. If the virus spreads, it could mean the end of the human world.
The crossover between NCIS: LA and Hawaii Five-0 is not the only series connection in the shared crime universe: NCIS began as a spin-off of the series JAG – In Order of Honor, Hawaii Five-0 also has a crossover episode with Magnum.
