The Togolese “almost” know the date of the legislative and regional elections. Yesterday, Monday November 27 evening, the government announced that the two ballots will be held by “the end of the first quarter” of 2024. The elections were scheduled for next month, this was a promise from President Faure Gnassingbé. The opposition parties had been complaining about the lack of an electoral calendar for several weeks.
