So, which is “the least worst”? between the protein bar, the Lion, the twix or the Kinder Bueno ? Answer with nutritionist Raphaël Gruman. Spoiler: it’s not the one we expected who places at the top of the ranking!
What is the “least worst” chocolate bar for your figure?
On November 21, dietitian-nutritionist Raphaël Gruman posted a video on his TikTok account ranking chocolate bars from the least to the most caloric. Even though the products offered are far from being healthy, the video indicates that there is one that is worse than all: the chocolate protein bar. Seemingly innocent, it actually contains more than 350 calories alone. Another chocolate bar that we will eat in more moderation is the Lion with 200-250 calories. It is closely followed by the twix which contains around 150-200 calories in its two bars. Even if it means having fun, Raphaël Gruman therefore advises consuming a Kinder Buenobig winner of the ranking.
How often to consume it so as not to gain weight?
As always, it’s how often you eat a candy bar that matters most. To continue enjoying this delicious sweet stuffed with hazelnut cream while keeping your figure, you obviously shouldn’t overdo it! The ideal, again according to nutritionist Raphaël Gruman, is to limit yourself to “once a week to treat yourself at snack time for example“. So don’t forget to treat yourself to chocolate bars, especially a Kinder Bueno, as long as it doesn’t become a bad habit!
