(Finance) – Azzurra Airportsa company of the Mundys group which manages the airports of Nice, Cannes and Saint Tropez, has signed a new senior secured term loan banking line of the total value of 360 million euros expiring in May 2027, extendable until January 2029, intended for the refinancing of the first tranche of the existing bond loan of 360 million euros expiring in May 2024 (ISIN XS2208277983).
The operation presents aconversion option to Sustainability-linked Facility to be exercised within six months of the financial closing of the operation, “confirming the Mundys group’s commitment to the sustainable growth of the activities of the Côte d’Azur airports”, we read in a note.
The loan was structured and underwritten by a group of financial institutions Italian and international: BNL BNP Paribas, BPER BankIndustrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe), Intesa SanpaoloMUFG Bank and UniCredit.
