A Sarnia woman faces charges after a deadly five-vehicle crash on Highway 402 in early Octoberprovincial police say.
A driver and passenger in one vehicle — a man, 61, and woman, 54 — died and another person went to hospital with serious injuries after the crash involving three commercial vehicles and two passenger vehicles about 1:50 pm Oct. 2, police have said.

Transportation Ministry cameras showed it occurred on Highway 402 West, just west of the on-ramp from Modeland Road.
The woman, 34, is charged with driving causing death and dangerous driving causing bodily harm, Lambton OPP said Wednesday.
Police did not identify the accused or when she’s expected to appear in court.
