Since Wednesday, November 22, 2023, a feminist conference for peace in Sudan has been held in Nairobi, Kenya. It is organized by the Strategic Initiative for Women in the Horn of Africa (Siha). In July, the World Health Organization estimated that around 4 million Sudanese women were at risk of sexual violence.
