We are looking for a freelance video editor who can support us from the home office.

With MeinMMO we reach over three million people every month who share our enthusiasm for gaming. With us you will find articles and videos with stories, guides, opinions, recommendations or interviews.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for freelance video editors who will support us in our daily video production and enjoy sharing their knowledge in the field of gaming. What you should bring with you:

  • a feel for exciting stories
  • a great passion for gaming and everything surrounding it
  • a willingness to delve deeply into topics and research them
  • you use social platforms like Twitter, Reddit and Tiktok
  • you enjoy video production

    • This is a plus, but not a must: You already have experience in video production. This can include: your own TikTok channel, your own YouTube channel or production for another YouTuber, your own channel on Twitch.

    What is it about?

    Are you constantly busy playing? Do you follow exciting stories from gaming communities? Do you always know what’s currently trending in gaming, Twitch and YouTube? Are you creative and like experimenting with new video formats? Would you like to work in a modern online editorial team?

    How do we work?

    The way it works: You independently research exciting stories in gaming communities and on the publishers’ official channels. Together with the editorial team, you will discuss which of the existing MeinMMO news would be exciting as a video. You get feedback from other producers and plan the content for the week. You create videos that fit MeinMMO and our community.

    The times: At least 20 hours a week, with flexible working hours. More hours are possible, but not fewer.

    The payment: Payment is negotiated in a personal conversation. This depends on your level of experience and your expectations.
