Steam Deck Windows 10 support has arrived
Installing Windows 10 on the Steam Deck requires a USB or USB-C drive of at least 8GB. Valve also recommends a wired mouse and keyboard. At this stage, if you install Windows 10 on the Steam Deck, it replaces the original operating system. However, Valve stated that Steam Deck’s dual-boot system will be activated at a future date.

Also, although it’s just a theory at the moment, Xbox Game Pass is expected to be available on Steam Deck thanks to Windows 10 compatibility. Earlier, Gabe Newell stated that they plan to somehow integrate the Gamepass system with Steam.
Steam does not currently have audio driver support for Windows 10, so headphones are required if you install Windows 10.
