In the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sunday November 19 marks the start of the electoral campaign for the polls scheduled for December 20: presidential, legislative and provincial. For the supreme office, 26 candidates are in the running, i.e. as many campaign caravans which will set off throughout the country. Objective: to convince the 44 million voters.
