In Madagascar, it is time for the counting after the first round of the presidential election. A very unprecedented election since only 3 of the 13 candidates requested the votes of voters, the other 10 asked them to boycott the vote. Participation is therefore a major issue in this election desired by outgoing President Andry Rajoelina. However, it is rather weak, according to initial observations.
