In recent weeks, it was said that Twitter (or X as it is now known) held a rare and comprehensive meeting to celebrate the first anniversary of Elon Musk’s acquisition of the platform, and The Verge shared a text that it claimed was the full text of the meeting.
Musk, who spoke for most of the meeting, according to that transcript, used much of the 45-minute meeting to discuss his larger vision of X as a future “everything app.”
That vision, he told employees, includes gaining control over X users’ “financial lives” through a comprehensive in-app banking network, replacing platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn, and offering a video calling feature like Apple’s FaceTime.
IS X DATING ON THE ROAD?
However, according to Futurism, Elon Musk also wants to turn X into a dating application.
Because, according to that text, which is claimed to be the full text of the meeting, Musk told
X CEO Linda Yaccarino, who rarely spoke during the meeting, intervened and asked, “So, is X Dating coming soon?” said.
According to the text, Musk said, “Yes. There are already things going on to some degree. But I think we can improve the dating situation.” he replied.
So, it could soon serve as a dating app like Tinder, the details of which we haven’t learned yet, and match people with each other.
