15-year-old girl was held in custody for two days

During two days, a 15-year-old girl was exposed to threats, violence and coercion while she was kept confined in various places in the Stockholm area.
Today, the trial started against six people who stand accused of being involved in the kidnapping.

It was in February this year that the 15-year-old was kidnapped in connection with threats of violence from the commuter train platform south of Stockholm by two of the accused men.

Before the kidnapping, one of the men allegedly sent threats on Snapchat to kill the 15-year-old or her family if she did not pay an alleged debt of SEK 30,000.

During two nightmarish days, the girl was kept locked up in various places in the Stockholm area, most of the time in one of the defendants’ apartment and basement in Skogås, where she was subjected to threats, coercion and violence.

“X was caused, among other things, pain, bruises and bleeding,” the lawsuit states.

Bound to an element

According to the lawsuit, the 15-year-old must have been tied to an element, repeatedly punched and kicked to the head and body, and dragged across the basement floor.

At the same time, she has constantly been threatened that she and her family will be injured or die.

One of the men allegedly pointed a gun-like object at her several times, and also threatened to become her pimps and sell her to pay off a debt.

“The act has taken place with the aim of harming the plaintiff’s life or health, forcing her into a position and practicing blackmail,” the lawsuit states.

Six people involved

During the time the 15-year-old was kidnapped, another man, according to the lawsuit, subjected her to serious rape in connection with death threats.

A total of six people aged 16 to 26 are charged. Three men are suspected of, among other things, kidnapping, one man of aggravated rape and two women of having been aware of the kidnapping without raising the alarm.
