On one occasion, the man allegedly hit a person’s hands with a baton and broke his arm. Another time, he is said to have pressed his knee against a person’s neck and back and at the same time hit the neck and head.
In a vehicle check, he pulled out and kicked a person over. In questioning, colleagues state that he can be violent and act excessively.
