Here, BTH students surprise with Indian dance

The purpose of today’s flashmob at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona was to create attention for an event about Indian culture to be held at the Konserthusteatern in Karlskrona next Wednesday, November 15.

– It gives us energy when we are far from home and is a way to celebrate the friendship between India and Sweden, says student and dancer Smriti Saryu Puppala.

This year, Sweden and India celebrate 75 years of diplomatic relations. Behind the event are the Indian embassy, ​​Studentregion Blekinge and BTH.

About 300 Indians study at BTH. Before the event at Konserthusteatern next week, 500 people have so far registered.
