  • The fee for 2-year passports has been determined as 3 thousand 912 TL.
  • Citizens will pay 4 thousand 845 TL for 3-year passports.
  • For passports valid for more than 3 years, the fee will be 7 thousand 833 TL.

Driving License Fees

  • The fee for a Class A driver’s license has been increased to 1308 TL.
  • Class B driver’s license fees have been updated to 3 thousand 945 TL.

Traffic Fines

  • The penalty for violating a red light has been increased to 1506 TL.
  • Incorrect parking fine will be 690.89 TL.
  • The penalty for exceeding the speed limit by 10 percent to 30 percent was determined as 1506 TL, and the penalty for exceeding the speed limit by more than 50 percent was determined as 6 thousand 439 TL.
  • The fine for drunk driving will vary between 6 thousand 439 TL and 12 thousand 977 TL.

Mobile Phone IMEI Registration Fee

  • In 2024, the IMEI registration fee for phones brought from abroad will increase to 31 thousand 692 TL.

Increase in Vehicle Inspection Fees

  • In the new year, the vehicle inspection fee for cars and minibuses will be 1821 TL.
