At 22:21 on Wednesday evening, the police received several calls about the shooting. The injured man was treated by paramedics at the scene.
– He has been taken to hospital. We have been able to talk to him, says Patric Fors, press spokesperson at the police.
The shooting took place at a gambling venue on Västra Hindbyvägen.
– Several people have been at the scene in connection with the shooting, says Patric Fors.
Several police patrols were sent there and the police are now searching the area for suspected perpetrators. The place is cordoned off.
– There are no arrests or suspects at the moment. We are questioning witnesses and waiting for technicians to connect to do a technical examination, says Patric Fors.
