In Marguerite’s theorem, director Anna Novion immerses the viewer in the world of gifted maths, through a young and brilliant student from the École Normale Supérieure. Marguerite is finishing a thesis that she must present in front of an audience of researchers. But, on the big day, a mistake shakes up all her certainties, and Marguerite decides to abandon everything.
