In the situation, Greenwood received a violent blow to the head. He and Blom were left lying on the surface of the field.
Greenwood was treated for 15 minutes and was also given supplemental oxygen. The 30-year-old English defender was taken off the field on a stretcher with his neck supported.
The England national football team later told X that Greenwood is talking and conscious. The head coach Sarina Wiegman said Sky Sports according to that the defender is fine.
