Iyad al-Bezm, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Gaza, said in a statement to the AA correspondent that Israeli military vehicles were on Salahaddin Street in the east of Gaza and were trying to move towards Er-Rashid Street.
Stating that Israeli forces increased their advance towards the northern and central parts of Gaza, Bezm stated that military vehicles crossed Salahaddin Street in the Kuwait Junction area and entered the 10th Street to proceed to Er-Rashid Street.
Stating that Israeli forces entered Gaza from the northwest and are still in the El-Kerame region, Bezm said that the military forces destroyed all the residential areas in the northwest of Gaza.
Bezm also stated that Israel is trying to separate the northern parts of Gaza from the south.
