(Finance) – ERGas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedOctober 23 to 27, 2023, overall 200,000 ordinary shares (equal to 0.1330% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of 22.9108 euros, for a countervalue equal to 4,582,160.00 euros.
Following the aforementioned operations, as of 27 October, considering the shares already in portfolio, ERG holds 1,182,080 own shares equal to 0.7864% of the share capital.
