“Two of the dogs are doing well, they are coming to our shelter,” says Henk Lensink of the Animal Ambulance. “One remains with the vet for observation, to keep an eye on the smoke poisoning. Things seem to be going well, but there is always a chance that they will get into trouble at a later time due to the smoke. It usually happens with some oxygen and medicine, you’ll be fine again within 24 hours.”
