Project developer and building owner Veldboom wanted to give the building a different look at the centrally located location. Commercial activities were planned on the ground floor, with apartments on the floors above. In any case, those plans will be shelved for a year. Veldboom does want to maintain the plans for at least a year. “It would be a shame to throw away the plans,” the property manager adds.
