(Finance) – Trawell Coa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in baggage protection and tracking services for airport passengers, received the communication from 24 October 2023 from Truestar Real Estate SA of exceeding the relevant threshold of 10%. In particular, it owns 251,660 shares, equal to 10.002% of the share capital.
Truestar Real Estate SA is therefore the second shareholder behind RG Holding Srl (51.193%) and ahead Marchin Investments BV (5.830%). The market has 32.975% in hand.
