Before the new year, price increases in Turkey continue unabated. Today, bridge and highway tolls have been increased.
According to the news on NTV General Directorate of Highways (KGM) announced that highway and bridge tolls will be increased as of Wednesday, October 25. In the statement made on KGM’s social media account, “Motorway and bridge fees have been rearranged, effective from 00.00 on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.” expressions were used. Accordingly, as of Wednesday, October 25, the highway and bridge toll tariff will be as follows:
Motorcycles: 6 TL
Passenger vehicles: 15 TL
Heavy vehicles, according to their type: 42 TL or 110 TL will pay.
The increased tariff will be valid as of midnight tonight. As far as reported, bridge tolls are charged one-way with the decision taken last year. In other words, a vehicle pays separately for both departure and return.
