I would like to start by stating that what awaits us on our journey to take an in-depth look at Core Engage’s upcoming city-building strategy game is a much higher level game. Because while I was doing my research, I also had the chance to download the demo of the game and play it for a long time. On your journey with a few people, your primary goal is to survive. For this reason, you need to get food, water and shelter quickly. Of course, it is not easy to provide these in a land at the top of the mountain. Therefore, with the limited resources you have, you must first build the production facilities you need so that you can manage your life. Of course, at the beginning of the other personal game you are together with, they are extremely understanding towards you. Still, you need to work to meet their needs as much as possible without hiding behind this. When I say that you have to work, I do not mean that you should get up and collect the resources. I say that you are already a manager and when you set up the production facility, make it work by assigning workers to it.

When I started playing the demo, I could not get any results because the camp I set up to collect mushrooms was far from the area where they grow. However, after a while, when my people started to starve to death one by one, I realized my business mistake. Of course, the game does not leave you alone that much. Although it does not cause you to progress in the direction you want like in an RPG game, you need to unlock all areas in this development tree in order to progress. Of course, they didn’t unlock all the development in the demo. However, from what I can see, there are many locks you need to unlock in many different areas (Adaptation & Sustainability, Building & Materials, Society & Diploma, and a branch of development that has not yet been unlocked).
I am happy to see that the developer Core Engage is a company established in Turkey. I’ve never heard of it before. After playing the demo with pleasure for about four hours, I can say with peace of mind that I am proud that we can finally produce games like this. The part I played made me wait a lot for the full version to be released.
