How to store your eggs?
They can be stored at room temperature or in the fridge, the main thing is to maintain the same temperature to prevent water condensation on their surface. The recommended consumption date (RDD) is set at 28 days after the egg is laid but it is still possible to eat it after this date. For know if it is still freshrely on your sense of smell when it opens but also on the appearance (greenish color or too liquid white).
Attention, you should not wash your eggs with water, this could eliminate the protective layer present on the shell and would promote proliferation of bacteria. However, it is possible to dry wash with a cloth for example.
