Jamaica’s World Cup women refuse to play the upcoming internationals, the qualifiers for the Gold Cup. They accuse the Jamaica Football Association of “constant mismanagement”.

In a statement, several players of the “Reggae Girlz” say they still haven’t received 100% financial compensation for the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand this summer.

Jamaica roared into the World Cup by progressing from the group stage before Colombia found it too difficult in the round of 16.
