Leksell himself participated in “Idol” in 2017, but was voted out and left in the qualifying final.
“It was probably there somewhere when I tried to patch up the pieces of my shattered self-confidence that, who I am today, began to take shape. The Idol final in the Avicii arena will probably be my revenge in this competition. Proof that things can turn around, if you give himself time and faith,” he says in the press release.
The final takes place on December 1.
