An unmissable annual event for contemporary art lovers and collectors, the second edition of Paris+ by Art Basel opens its doors to the public on October 20. The fair which succeeded the FIAC last year will take place until Sunday under “emergency attack” alert, the highest level of the Vigipirate system. Despite the tense national and international context, 150 galleries from around the world are present at the ephemeral Grand Palais, the nerve center of the event. But art also extends beyond the walls with a profusion of open-air events, notably with monumental works to discover at Place Vendôme or the Jardin des Tuileries. A high-flying program. Its director Clément Delépine presents the main lines.
