An evacuation flight with Swedes, which took off from Tel Aviv in Israel on Thursday, has landed at Arlanda, according to Swedavia.
On board the plane were Swedes with families, a total of 143 people, according to the Foreign Ministry.
“Everyone who was on the passenger list and who made it to the airport came with the plane. No one was left behind,” writes the Foreign Ministry’s press service in an email to TT.
Another flight has been scheduled for Friday evening for the Swedes who announced that they wished to leave, but who could not be offered a seat, according to the Foreign Ministry.
“Swedes who are registered on the Swedish list for Israel or Palestine, and who have expressed a wish to leave, will be contacted when a place and departure time are available. At the moment, we are not going into further details about the assisted departure that is planned for Friday,” writes the Foreign Ministry’s press service.
