(Finance) – CleanBnBa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the field of property management for the short and medium-term rental market, has closed the first nine months of the year with significant growth of its own real estate portfoliowhich reached 2,310 units (+45% compared to 1,597 at the end of 2022), distributed in over 70 Italian locations and managed directly and exclusively.
THE managed stays from CleanBnB during the first nine months of 2023 amounted to a total of 75,088 (+53% compared to 49,194 in the same period of 2022). This operating result was also reflected in the gross booking volumei.e. the proceeds from guests for managed stays, which exceeded 31.1 million euros, with a growth of 57% compared to the 19.8 million euros collected in the same period of 2022.
“The third quarter operating results confirm this another record season for CleanBnB, with an increase in the number of stays of over 50% compared to last year and a volume of receipts (gross booking) which at the end of summer 2023 has already exceeded the values of the whole of 2022: a particularly significant figure if we consider that we let’s compare it with a summer of 2022 which was already no longer affected by the impact of the pandemic”, commented the president Francesco Zorgno.
“The results reward the great effort of the company, which despite the large investments for the organic development of the activities still closed the first half of the year (typically low season) with a substantial EBITDA breakeven – he added – The strong contribution of the
