Since 2019, Queer Film Festival Utrecht (QFFU) has been the LGBTQA+ film festival of Utrecht. The aim of the film festival is to tell as many stories as possible, for recognition, education and relaxation. “Not only in cinemas, but also on the street, in cafes and community centers, through the city center and in various neighborhoods. In short: we see Utrecht as one big cinema,” the film festival writes on the website. “The Queer Film Festival Utrecht is an asset to the city,” said the jury of the Annie Brouwer-Korf Prize.
