After Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Sweden and Finland, which became members of the European Union, were discussing joining NATO. Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson, on the other hand, announced the decision taken by her country after her statement that ‘Sweden does not look forward to NATO membership’ made a worldwide impact.

The basis of the European security system is formed by the implementation of each country’s own security policy. We also created our own security system.”
