Star Rail Update 1.4 comes with PS5 release and new top character – “Jingliu’s design, voice and just everything about her is majestic”

Today, October 11, 2023, Honkai: Star Rail update 1.4 starts. You can finally play the game on the PS5. You can find out everything else you need to know about the update here on MeinMMO.

What awaits you: Update 1.4 comes along with the release on the Playstation 5. If you haven’t pre-ordered the game on your console yet, you can get it for free in the store starting today.

The update takes you back to the planet Jarilo-VI with new content and events and includes three character banners with a total of three new characters.

Whether you can expect a new planet with the new update is not clear from the current information.

Which characters await you: From October 11, 2023, a total of three banners await you:

  • Jingliu (5 stars, Ice) from October 11th to October 27th – She follows the path of destruction and is part of the Xianzhou fleet. The swordswoman was also once Jing Yuan’s master. Things should be exciting in the future story, especially for these two characters.
  • Topaz (5 stars, Fire) from October 27th to November 14th – She follows the path of the hunt and fights with her cute companion Kontie. Topaz belongs to the IFK, which you got to know in Update 1.3.
  • Soul (5 stars, Quantum) from October 27th to November 14th – She follows the path of the hunt and is a recurring character from Belobog.
