During a scene in Farmer seeks a wife, the letter writer Tomas is close to fainting – and the recordings are interrupted.
Now he tells what happened when the cameras went off.
– Then we went to the emergency room, says Tomas.
In Wednesday’s episode of “Bonde sörker fru”, we see how Mimmi has to choose which guys she wants to take on a group date, when the letter writer Tomas is close to fainting. Now he tells us what actually happened during the recording.
– There was a lot of emotion and warmth, it was very warm. First the sensation in the hands began to disappear. Hands shook, legs shook, head spun. Linda said she saw that I started convulsing and was very pale, but I tried to hold out as long as possible, says Tomas.
In the program we can see that the presenter Linda Lindorff asks Tomas how he is and the recording is interrupted. The production is called in and we see how he gets shade over him, and something to eat and drink. When they later resume filming, Tomas sits to the side as the rest of the gang continues filming.
“Then we went to the emergency room”
But when the condition is still critical hours later, Tomas has to go into the emergency room.
– It took an hour before we finished playing that particular scene, the others had to continue without me in the picture. After a couple of hours, I still had reduced sensation in my hands, so we went to the emergency room, says Tomas.
– I took blood samples and checked the heart, and had to be there for five or six hours before I had to go back, he continues.
Once he was back again, he went to bed, and the next day he was restored. He explains that nothing like this has happened to him before, neither before nor after this.
– I don’t usually go to the emergency room or hospital that often, it wasn’t the first option to go in. But someone in the production called a relative and asked for advice, who thought it was just as well that I went in.
