In the interview, Pinkett Smith explains that she and Will Smith are still married, but that they are no longer in a relationship.
When asked why they hadn’t shared this earlier, Pinkett Smith says they “just weren’t ready yet”.
— I promised that there will never be any reason for us to separate. We’ll get through … whatever, says Pinkett Smith and continues:
— I have not been able to break that promise.
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s long marriage has made a lot of headlines in recent years – most recently when Will Smith stormed onto the stage at last year’s Oscars and gave Chris Rock an ear file, after the comedian joked about Pinkett Smith’s alopecia, a diagnosis that leads to hair loss.
