Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says Israel has “only begun” its violent offensive against the Gaza Strip.
He said this during a televised speech on Monday, as Israel continued to direct heavy airstrikes against Gaza for the third day – a response to the large-scale attack by the terror-labeled Hamas.
– What we will do to our enemies in the coming days will reverberate among them for generations, says Netanyahu.
At the same time, he repeats a call to the opposition to form a unity government together with the government for national unity.
Furthermore, the prime minister promises that they will “do everything” to help those held hostage in Gaza.
– I promise you citizens, at the end of the war our enemies will know that it was a terrible mistake to attack Israel, he says according to The Guardian.
