(Finance) – The Board of Directors of ConstructionAcrobaticsthe company at the head of the group of the same name, specialized in double safety rope construction work, has confirmed and expanded the new CEO Anna Marras all operational and management powers in order to guarantee total continuity in the growth and internationalization path of the Group. Following the death of the founder Riccardo Iovino, in addition to those of which it was already the owner as of today as a result of what was resolved by the Board of Directors in the meetings of 3 May 2023 and then subsequently of 27 September 2023.
At the same time, the Board of Directors appointed, subject to approval by the Board of Statutory Auditors, by co-optation Tino Seminara, a high-profile figure who has already been a manager of the Group for some time and who knows its internal dynamics well, as the new non-executive director, with effect from today until the next Shareholders’ Meeting, which will be called to decide, inter alia, on the confirmation of the co-opted director.
