(Finance) – Wellington Managementone of the world’s leading independent asset managers, has a potential share equal to 5.075% in the capital of Finecoa bank included in the FTSE MIB index.
This is what emerges from the CONSOB communications relating to significant shareholdings, where it is reported that the operation dates back to 3 October 2023 and the share is held as “indirect non-discretionary management of savings”.
In particular, 5,060% are voting rights relating to shareswhile 0.015% consists of shares subject to “Equity Swap” contracts with an expiration date between 05/05/2028 and 20/05/2033.
