On Saturday, the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs tightened the travel advisory to Israel. On its website, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs writes that “due to the deteriorating security situation” it has decided to tighten the advice for Israel.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs now advises against all non-essential travel to Israel. The advice is valid until further notice.
The Swedish embassy in Tel Aviv urges Swedes in Israel to stay close to shelters, follow the recommendations of local authorities and contact relatives.
