(Finance) – Borgosesiaa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the sector of investments in non-performing and alternative assets in general, closed the first half of 2023 with a Net income of 2.8 million euros (3 million euros as of 06.30.2022), with a production volume of 13.3 million euros (11.5 million euros in the first half of 2022).
The gross margin from operating activities is equal to 8.4 million euros, up 11% on the figure as at 06.30.22 net of the accrual of minorities. Consolidated net financial debt is equal to 54.8 million euros, an increase compared to that at 31.12.22 (39.3 million).
The directors believe that the management performance for the current financial year, although it may be affected by the effects induced by the current macro-economic context, can allow the achievement of a positive result in line with the forecasts formulated in the Business Plan 2021-26.
