The confusion is due to an electrical fault that causes traffic to stop between Hallsberg and Örebro. Buses replace that route.
The Swedish Transport Administration writes on its website that train traffic is expected to run as usual again only at 21.00.

Örebro S, Örebro C, Arboga, Kungsör, Eskilstuna C, Strängnäs, Läggesta, Nykvarn, Södertälje Syd, Flemingsberg, Stockholm C, Arlanda C, Knivsta, Uppsala C, Gävle C, Sandviken, Storvik, Hofors, Falun C, Borlänge C, Ludvika, Grängesberg, Ställdalen, Kopparberg, Storå, Lindesberg, Frövi, Kumla and Hallsberg.
