A fire broke out in a residential building in Dalskog, northwest of Mellerud during Saturday morning. Two people died in the fire.
– The fire has been going on for a long time and then self-extinguished, says Johan Ytterberg at Norra Älvsborg’s rescue service association.
Later on Saturday, the police announced that two people had died in one of the apartments. A preliminary investigation into arson has been launched, but there are currently no suspects.
