(Finance) – GPIa company listed on Euronext Milan and active in the field of information systems and healthcare services, closed the first half of 2023 with revenues equal to 193 million euros (+14% compared to the first half of 2022), EBITDA equal to 26 million euros (+50%) e Net income equal to 0.5 million euros, up compared to what was reported in the first half of 2022.
“In the first half of 2023 the group confirms solid growth both in terms of revenues and profit margins – commented theAD Fausto Manzana – The results obtained demonstrate and confirm the validity of the group’s strategy of growing focus on the core business software and IT services for healthcare, in Italy and abroad. At an international level, approximately 14% of consolidated revenues were generated.”
“Consistent with this development and focus strategy, with a view to creating value for its shareholders, the group considers the reduction of consolidated debt as a priority also through the possible divestment of some businesses considered non-strategic, starting from Silvery (essentially coinciding with ASA Pay),” he added.
For the 2023 I am expected pro forma consolidated revenues in the area of 460 million euros (with a foreign component exceeding 20%), a pro forma consolidated EBITDA of approximately 88 million euros and a net financial debt of less than 340 million euros (of which approximately 50 million of euros relating to residual debts connected to extraordinary M&A operations).
