Several dead in flood in Mexico

At least seven people have died and nine others are missing after a mountain stream flooded in the state of Jalisco in western Mexico.

In several cases, the victims are said to have been found several kilometers from the place where they disappeared.

A large number of rescue workers have been dispatched to the area to search for the missing, local authorities said.
